CyberFox Brain is in early access. This page is an honest, plain-language placeholder — not a finished terms of service.

The short version

You keep ownership of the notes you and your AI sessions write. The service is provided as-is during early access, free of charge, and may change as it matures — we’ll tell you before anything that affects you changes. You can export your data and stop using the service at any time.
