Terms
CyberFox Brain is in early access. These are the terms for using it today, written in plain language.
Who this agreement is with
CyberFox Brain is operated by Maxwell Henderson. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Acceptable use
Use CyberFox Brain to store and share your own content, or content you have the right to store and share. Do not use it to store unlawful content, to attempt to bypass its access controls or resource limits, or to access another account or brain you have not been given a role on.
No uptime or durability guarantee during early access
The service is provided as-is during early access, free of charge. We do not guarantee uptime or that data will never be lost. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, described in our Privacy statement, but early access is exactly that: early. Export your data and keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
The service may change or be withdrawn
Early access features, limits, and pricing may change as the product matures. We will tell you before a change affects you. We may also suspend or withdraw the service, including for a specific account that violates acceptable use, with notice where practical.
Early access is free, not a paid-plan promise
CyberFox Brain is free during early access and does not require a payment card. That does not create a lifetime entitlement, price lock, or promise of a future paid plan. If pricing changes, we will tell you before it affects you.
You own your content
You keep ownership of the notes you and your AI sessions write. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it beyond what is needed to operate the service, as described in Privacy.
Exporting and leaving
You can export any brain you belong to as a zip at any time, and stop using the service whenever you want. See Privacy for exactly what an export includes.
